BEFORE SHIPPING TO US A MACHINE OR ANY OTHER PRODUCTS:
-CLEAN WELL THE PRODUCT FROM ANY INKS AND BLOOD, use Rubbing Alcohol spray on a paper towel, DO NOT SPRAY THE ALCOHOL DIRECTLY TO THE PRODUCT, DO NOT SHIP ANY DIRTY PRODUCT
-Put inside the package a piece of paper where is write clearly your EMAIL
-If is a Machine please put on his original Box that you should have keep somewhere as is written inside
-Please ship with a method that allow TRACKING, to have a full control of the shipment
-Once the product is repaired we will contact you to arrange Shipping method and collect Return Shipping Charge and eventually Repair and Replace Parts cost
-When the Product is OUT OF WARRANTY, any Repair and/or Machine Tuning gonna have a fixed cost of 30 Euro (manual labor) + the cost of all Parts that are replaced + obviously the Return Shipping cost
-RETURNS AND REFUNDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR INK BOTTLE
